Frequently asked questions
At Noteworthy Couture, each experience is prepared with care — from your seat at the table to the materials waiting for you. These guidelines help us honor everyone’s time and create a smooth, meaningful experience for all.

If you’re coming with others but making reservations separately, please either create or associate yourself with a group name, while making your reservation. We’ll do our best to accommodate seating requests and sit you together. If you did not list it in your reservation, we cannot guarantee seat changes upon arrival.

We do not accept walk-ins. Due to the personalized nature of our experiences, advance registration is required.

Painting begins promptly at scheduled start time, we recommend that you arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to the session start time to get settled. If you arrive after the session start time, please note we may not be able to assist you with catching up. This may result in an incomplete painting. We do not offer a refund or a reschedule in the event that you are late for your session.

We provide all of our guests with an apron to wear during the session. Paint can be unpredictable, and is permanent once dried. We recommend that you wear something in anticipation that it may get painted on.

Parking is complimentary. Due to the pop up nature of our experiences, parking details will be communicated via email during the week prior to the event.

Noteworthy Couture has a firm no refund policy for our group painting experiences. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the event will be issued a store credit for the full amount paid, toward a make up session, that occurs within 6 months of the original reservation.
Please note that cancelling and rescheduling are considered the same under our policy—only one reschedule is allowed per reservation. A second cancellation, even if still within the 6 month window, will result in the forfeiture of the credit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show will not have the option to receive a store credit or reschedule. This includes reservations that were made less than 24 hours before the start of the event.
PLEASE NOTE:
Noteworthy Couture reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. All registered guests will be notified, via email, by 9PM the night prior to the event (when circumstances allow).
All cancellation requests must be handled by emailing hello@noteworthycouture.com.

Our private events are a more personalized experience. You will have the option to bring in food, curate a personalized design for your painting, choose the music and spend time with your guests while creating a masterpiece instructed by one of our talented artists. Our minimum to host a private event is 10 people, or meeting the minimum cost of 10.

Our experiences are BYOB. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone:
Guests 18+ are welcome for all experiences
Younger guests may be accommodated for private bookings upon request

Noteworthy Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings prior to leaving the event location.
Please be advised we cannot store paintings for our customers. Any painting left behind will be discarded at the end of the session.

All illustration bookings and custom artwork are final sale
Deposits are non-refundable
Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
All custom keepsake are fulfilled by Noteworthy Couture, LLC and through third party vendors.
Please be sure the correct billing and shipping information is entered at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING TIMES:
All shipping is handled via USPS. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1 week of purchasing, please send an email to hello@noteworthycouture.com.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 7-10 days after shipping. The length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If your order is not delivered on the date you were expecting to receive it, you can learn more about how to handle this matter by clicking here.
