About the Artist
Joelle Monique is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Atlanta, GA, born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Spelman College and is a self-taught artist whose creative journey has evolved organically over time.

Joelle began her career in brand design, creating logos and websites for women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. Her love for visual storytelling and detail later led her into fashion illustration, where she became known for sketching guests live — capturing not only likeness, but presence, style, and essence.

Painting entered her practice as a therapeutic outlet and gradually expanded into immersive guided experiences that invite reflection, creativity, and connection.

Today, her work lives at the intersection of art, emotion, and experience — honoring not only how things look, but how they feel, and the memories they create.

From as early as I can remember, I’ve been deeply attuned to the details that transform an occasion from ordinary into something memorable and meaningful. I’ve always cared not only about aesthetics, but about the emotions they evoke — how a space feels, how a moment lingers, how people connect.

Whether curating decor, lingering in stationery aisles, or creating art, I often noticed a gap: beautiful things that didn’t fully reflect the people or emotions they were meant to celebrate. Noteworthy Couture was born from that space — to offer experiences and keepsakes that feel personal, intentional, and authentic.

Each experience its created with care, presence, and purpose — with the hope that it sparks joy, invites reflection, and leaves a lasting impression.
