Noteworthy Couture is a creative studio delivering handcrafted art experiences rooted in intention, connection, and self-expression.

Through guided painting sessions, live guest illustration, and custom creative activations, we design moments where people don’t just participate — they create something personal and meaningful. Many of those creations can even be transformed into keepsakes you can wear, use, or gift, allowing the experience to live on long after the moment ends.

Every experience is thoughtfully designed and led by artist Joelle Monique, whose work bridges art, design, and emotional storytelling.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create personalized, art-led experiences that spark joy, foster meaningful connection, and help people feel seen — turning meaningful moments into art people can live with.

About the Artist
Joelle Monique is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Atlanta, GA, born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Spelman College and is a self-taught artist whose creative journey has evolved organically over time.

She began her career in brand design, creating logos and websites for women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. Her love for visual storytelling later led her into fashion illustration, where she became known for sketching guests live — capturing not only likeness, but presence, style, and essence.

Painting entered her practice as a therapeutic outlet and gradually expanded into immersive experiences that invite reflection, creativity, and connection.

Today, her work lives at the intersection of art, emotion, and experience — creating spaces where people gather, express themselves, and leave feeling more connected to who they are becoming.

A Note from Joelle Monique
Noteworthy Couture didn’t begin as a studio or a series of experiences — it began with a sketchbook and fashion illustration.

For years, I sketched guests live at events. I loved the intimacy of it — how art could make someone feel seen instantly. I also started to create small collections of fashion-inspired stationery and paper goods. I loved turning my artwork into pieces people could actually use — notes they could send, keepsakes they could hold onto, little reminders of beauty and diversity woven into everyday life.

But even with both of those pieces — live illustration and stationery — I still felt a quiet pull towards something deeper. That shift became clear during a small gathering I hosted for my friends. I created personalized sketches for each woman — visual reflections of who she was becoming — and guided them through a painting experience centered on intention and self-discovery. It wasn’t about making something perfect. It was about giving themselves permission to pause, explore, and reconnect with their passions. They didn’t just leave with a memory, they took a piece of that moment home and it lived with them as a daily promise to themselves. What I experienced that day changed me and became the seed for Paint With Purpose — and for Noteworthy Couture as it exists today.

Now, whether I’m designing a personalized creative experience, sketching guests lives, or helping someone transform their artwork into a keepsake, my heart is the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, safe to express themselves, and inspired to leave their mark.
