About the artist L
L (Joelle Monique) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Atlanta, GA who was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Spelman College and has cultivated a career rooted in service and hospitality with a diverse background in human resources, branding and web design.

A Note from L
From as early as I can remember, I’ve always had a love affair with stationery products. I’ve been known to lose myself in the stationery aisle. Selecting a card has always been very personal to me. I take time to read each message, find artwork that is unique and if I’m lucky enough— looks like me too, while also matching the feelings I wish to evoke. I often found a void when searching for this which is how Noteworthy Couture was born. It was cultivated to meet a need for a stationery brand to meet your every day greeting needs, where everyone could feel seen, celebrated or encouraged with the ability to craft a personal tailored message to express yourself packaged in a beautiful and unique design.
